How Numuno Digital handles website browsing, contact requests, Facebook and Instagram Instant Forms, and optional Google Ads and Meta Pixel measurement. You can contact us without allowing website advertising measurement.

Browsing and hosting
Vercel serves and protects the website. It receives technical requests, including IP address, browser information and requested URLs. Fonts and website images are hosted with the site. This implementation does not load Google Analytics, a Google Tag Manager container, Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights or an embedded WhatsApp widget.
Contacting us
WhatsApp, email and telephone links open the relevant application. Clicking does not send a message or place a call automatically. When the site form is enabled, it collects your name, at least one contact method (email or phone/WhatsApp), project type and acknowledgement of this notice. Business, current website and project description are optional. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and assess steps towards a contract you request. The server validates the request and, when Resend is enabled, sends a notification through it to info@numunodigital.com. Otherwise, a configured HTTPS webhook can handle delivery. The form may also include a limited campaign source and internal ad code. The application has no database for form submissions. Domain email is routed through ImprovMX to Gmail, where we read enquiries. Google processes that email under its Gmail terms and privacy policy; this is separate from website advertising measurement. WhatsApp and your communication providers process data under their own terms. The website does not send form contents to Google Ads. Email and telephone clicks are not advertising conversions.
Legal grounds
We handle requests for a project, quote or demo to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Answering general enquiries and delivering and protecting the website rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with visitors and operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)). Optional advertising measurement relies on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)); you may withdraw it at any time. The form needs your name and one contact method so we can reply, plus the project selection and acknowledgement of this notice. Business, project description and current website are optional. Sending an enquiry or acknowledging this notice does not subscribe you to marketing messages or grant advertising-cookie consent.
Facebook and Instagram Instant Forms
If you submit a Numuno Digital Instant Form within Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited operates that platform and receives the details you enter there: your name, email, selected project or offer option, short description and optional phone number. Numuno Digital receives your submitted enquiry to discuss a free demo, prepare a quote and take steps towards a contract you requested. We do not use that enquiry to subscribe you to a newsletter. For access, correction or erasure requests concerning Numuno Digital's use of your enquiry, write to info@numunodigital.com. Meta's own use of its platform is explained in the Meta Privacy Policy linked below. An Instant Form is separate from the form on this website: submitting it does not send data through this site's contact endpoint or enable this site's optional Google Ads measurement.
Optional Google Ads measurement
After you expressly allow ad measurement, the site loads one Google tag, AW-18484830809. Google receives technical connection data and page context and may use advertising click identifiers and cookies for measurement. The base tag can send a page-view/context request after consent. A page visit is not treated by our code as a lead, an enquiry or a sale.
Optional Meta Pixel measurement
Only after you allow advertising measurement, the site loads Meta Pixel 1666154745177549 and sends PageView events for pages you visit while permission is valid. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited receives technical connection data such as IP address and browser information, the page URL and referrer, and advertising or cookie identifiers. Meta may associate visits with your Meta account and process them under its privacy and business tools policies. A PageView is not a lead or a received enquiry. Our code disables automatic event configuration and automatic history tracking, supplies no advanced-matching data, and does not send contact-form fields or WhatsApp message contents. For the live website contact form, we send one standard Lead event only after the server confirms acceptance by the configured delivery service, provided advertising consent and the Pixel were already active when you submitted and remain active on confirmation. The event contains a random submission identifier for deduplication, not your form data. Failed, demo and unconsented submissions are not reported or saved for later reporting. We have not added purchase events, Conversions API or custom-audience setup.
WhatsApp conversion status
WhatsApp conversion reporting is currently disabled because its real Google Ads Conversion Label has not been configured. Loading the base tag does not enable this conversion. The prepared event would record only a click on a WhatsApp link, not a received message. A separate Google Ads lead conversion is sent only after the server confirms acceptance of a live form by the delivery service. Google measurement must be active with valid consent both at submission and confirmation. A random submission identifier prevents duplicates. No form contents or order value are sent. Failed, demo and unconsented submissions are not saved for later reporting.
Measurement limits
Google analytics storage and ad personalisation remain denied. Our Google integration disables personalised advertising signals, Google Signals and Enhanced Conversions and does not enable remarketing. Our measurement code does not read or send names, email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp messages or contact-field contents. The providers can read page URLs and advertising identifiers; the site does not add contact details to page URLs.
Consent and withdrawal
Advertising measurement is based on your choice. Before you agree or after you reject optional cookies, this integration downloads neither Google nor Meta tracking code and sends no measurement requests, including cookieless pings. Actions before consent are discarded, not saved for later reporting. Previous consent covering Google alone is not reused for Meta: we ask for a new choice. Open Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawal stops future measurement and reloads the current page to unload both providers. It does not undo processing that occurred while consent was valid.
Storage and service providers
The site remembers your choice for 180 days; the localStorage entry remains until replaced or cleared, but an expired grant cannot enable tracking. Google Ads cookie expiry is configured to 90 days. Meta controls the expiry of its cookies; you can inspect their current expiry in your browser and see Meta's cookie policy below. We delete enquiry correspondence after 7 days. This period concerns the correspondence we hold, not the providers’ delivery, security or measurement records, which follow their own retention terms.
International transfers
Vercel, Google, Meta, ImprovMX, WhatsApp and Resend may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Vercel, Resend and ImprovMX publish data processing agreements with standard contractual clauses for the transfers covered by those agreements. Their privacy notices and agreement conditions, and Meta's privacy and business tools policies, are linked below. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Send requests to info@numunodigital.com. You may complain to the Spanish data protection authority, AEPD. This website does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
